HL10 desktop vs HL11 with Nd:YAG
The verdict
Choose the HL10 desktop at £7,700 ex. VAT if you only need hair removal across Fitzpatrick I–VI. Choose the HL11 at £10,000 ex. VAT if you also want Q-switched Nd:YAG for pigmentation and tattoo work from the same console, adding a second revenue line.

Choose the first
Hair removal is the service and you want the lowest entry point that still covers every Fitzpatrick type. The desktop format also suits a shared or mobile room.
Choose the second
You want pigmentation and tattoo work alongside hair removal from one platform, and you have the diary to utilise both. The Q-switched module is the whole £2,300 difference.
Neither of these? If you need genuine high-volume throughput plus E-light IPL modes as well, the Triluxe Pro 3 is the better-specified console.
